Income Structure OverviewOur income model is an advancing-structure in which each stage of earning and income generation is the foundation for the next stage of learning and income generation. It is a simple strategy that creates two Teams of Xceptional Partners who generate income by developing and servicing customers. A clear vision of this strategy is: two Teams of Partners, each partner operating a Business Unit. (A Business Unit is made up of a minimum of two partners and four customers.) 
Qualifications and Definitions Registration – You begin by completing an application and registering with Xceptional International Partner – When you register with Xceptional International you are called a Partner Support Team - All new Partners have a support team: a Teacher, Mentor and Manager support them to achieve their business goals Plan4Growth Education - Xceptional International provides a basic education to teach the competencies required to build a sustainable business organization. The education guides you to work effectively as Teams: how to identify, invite and develop Partners and how to identify, invite, support (and service) Customers on their life-long health journey Personal Volume - The volume generated from your personal monthly purchases Customer Volume - The volume generated from your customer's monthly purchases plus any personal volume that exceeds the $40 monthly minimum Organizational Volume - A combination of Personal Volume and Customer Volume Business Unit - A Business Unit generates a minimum of $200 per month in Customer Volume and has two personally registered Partners in separateTeam Structures each with a minimum $40 personal autoship Autoship – An ongoing monthly product order placed with Xceptional International Customer Volume Income Earn 20% Customer Volume Income when registered as a Partner - Option 1 Earn 30% Customer Volume Income when registered as a Partner - Option 2 Developmental Income - Earn $50 in Developmental Income each time you personally register a Partner using Option 2 Organizational Volume Income - Earn 10% of the organizational volume of the Team with the lesser volume 100% Matching Income - Earn 100% Matching Organizational Volume Income on any Partner you personally register, regardless of Team positioning 2% Revenue Sharing Income - Earn an equal share of 2% of the gross revenues of Xceptional International when you create a Business Unit generating $200 per month in Customer Volume; have two personally registered Partners in separate Team Structures each with a minimum $40 autoship; have $1000 in Organizational Volume from the Team with the lesser volume; and maintain these requirements for three consecutive months. (Revenue Sharing Income is calculated and paid quaterly) Car Income Earn $500 per month Car Income: generate $500 per month in Customer Volume; and $10,000 per month in Organizational Volume from the Team with the lesser volume. You must maintain these requirements for 3 consecutive months. One grace month per year is provided to restore qualification Earn $1,000 per month in Car Income: generate $500 per month in Customer Volume; and $25,000 per month in Organizational Volume from the Team with the lesser volume. Maintain these requirements for 3 consecutive months. One grace month per year is provided to restore qualification Strategic Planning Benefit - Once a year, Xceptional International's Senior Management will meet with qualified Partners, at a prestigious location, to conduct strategic planning for the next year. All major expenses are paid by Xceptional Int'l Qualification: generate $25,000 per month in Organizational Volume from the Team with the lesser volume, and $500 in Customer Volume for six months consecutive months. One grace month is provided to restore qualifications per year to restore qualifications. Registration Options Option 1 Register for free with Xceptional International and receive an Office Suite, basic Plan4Growth Education, and a Personal Website. Option 1 Income Earn 20% Customer Volume Income on Personal and Customer Volume over and above a personal order of $40 in any given month Earn $50 in Develomental Income for every person referred who registers using Option 2 Option 2 Register with Xceptional International for $75.00: receive one bottle of HealthX smart supplementation, an Office Suite, basic Plan4Growth Education and a Personal Website. You qualify to earn Xceptional income when you have a personal autoship of $40 per month; and have two personally registered Partners (in separate Team Structures) each with a personal $40 per month Autoship. Option 2 Income Eligible immediately to earn 4 ways and as your organization develops - 3 additional ways. 1. 30% Customer Volume Income 2. Developmental Income 3. Organizational Volume Income 4. 100% Matching Income The income generation structure rewards and benefits you in 7 ways:Over 95% of the income structure is immediatly available to Partners when they register using Option 2. The remaining 5% is income earned from the development of Partners and an expanding Customer base. 30% Customer Volume Income 2% Revenue Sharing Income $1000 per month Car income & Yearly Strategic Planning Session at a prestigious location - all major expenses paid
