Plan 4 Growth Education

Xceptional Int'l invited Global Partners Inc., an international consulting firm, to design an organizational structure for the information economy we are living in.  Research by some of the world’s foremost leadership and organization development minds states; ‘Organizations of the future will be comprised of a network of leaders from all sectors of the human community who understand how to harness the collective power of small groups to co-create better futures. At the heart of this initiative is a deep conviction in the potential for small groups to generate breakthrough thinking.’ The Business Unit network structure that is taught in the Plan4Growth education developed by Global Partners is based on the body of research and work by these leading minds.

The Plan4Growth education is an online education that teaches the 3 competencies of creating a Business Unit and the 4 roles for duplicating business units in a predictable manner. A Business Unit is comprised of 2 personally registered partners and 4 customers.

The 3 competencies for creating a Business Unit are:

  1. Alignment – we learn the simple structure and orientations of the creative process which allow us to work together as teams in a highly effective and professional manner.
  2. Partners – we learn how to identify and invite the people we would like to partner with as partners in a manner that is professional and dignified.
  3. Customers – we learn how to identify, invite, support and service customers on their lifelong health journeys in a manner that generates exceptional customer experiences.


Each new Partner is part of a team and is supported by a Teacher, Mentor and Manager as they learn and practice the 3 competencies and create their Business Unit.  They then learn to progress through the Teacher, Mentor and Manager roles as part of a team focused on supporting new consultants. 

We practice just-in-time learning which creates a relaxed learning environment as everything you need to know will be taught to you at the time you need it. You can give yourself permission to be a learner knowing you have a team, all who have achieved what they are teaching you do, focused on your success. It is this just-in-time learning structure that allows our partners to be a part of an international network that generates secure incomes by investing 3 to 6 hours per week. Your time is invested in action that gets results.

The Plan4Growth education is based on over 12 years of extensive research and real time practice and is based on work of leading minds in their fields of expertise. The education includes research and practices from the fields of marketing, management, the cognitive sciences and personal, leadership and organizational development. Much of research and work was evolved by: the Society for Organizational Learning which originated out of the MIT Sloan School of Business; the work of Robert Fritz and Peter Senge in defining the spirit, structure and orientations of the creative process; the work of Dr. Zaltman and The Mind, Behavior Institute at Harvard University; the work of Dr. Bandara at Stanford University; and extensive research on generating predictable and sustainable growth conducted by Elliot Jacques.
