Xceptional International's purpose is to provide a resource for people to create secure incomes through an investment of 3 to 6 hours per week.

In order to create life time incomes we had to fill a need in society that also added value over a life time. The obvious need we saw was to support people to create the health they would like to enjoy at every stage of life. People wanted to enjoy secure incomes ‘forever’ and they also wanted to enjoy good health ‘forever’. It was a perfect match.

We are dedicated to our purpose of creating secure incomes that people can count on.

The Need

We are transitioning from an industrial to an information economy. The rate of change is doubling every decade so it is challenging to predict the future.

We do know that we are experiencing the end of jobs for life. Much of work is now project based and we are seeing industrial age jobs disappear at an alarming rate.

Young adults now expect to go from project to project or to have multiple jobs in their careers. One of the latest statistics projects that many will have 30+ over their lifetime.

Many families struggle with the cost of housing and find that both parents must work to make a go of it. Research also shows that the cost of a university education is doubling every 9 years making it even more challenging for families to save for their children’s education.

Baby boomers have experienced a dramatic reduction in their retirement savings in the latest financial downturn. Research shows that 82% of people 50 years and older do not have adequate savings for retirement that will allow them to live their current lifestyle. 

Companies are globalizing to ensure sustainability. The question for us was: How does the individual globalize? Our answer was to create an international network for individuals who work as teams to create secure incomes.

It is clear that there is a need for a new strategy for creating secure incomes that will be there for people at every stage of life and that can be passed onto the next generation. Xceptional International's purpose is to provide an answer to this financial challenge.
