If your organization is considering user-based or traditional, device-based pricing models for your managed IT services, rest assured both offer benefits. Get the scoop on the pros and cons of both pricing models in the infographic below.

- Both are all inclusive and offer the protection of paying a flat fee to monitor all IT infrastructure.
- User-based pricing covers all end users, so if your organization has 100 employees, your user-based contract would be the per-user flat fee multiplied by 100.
- Device-based pricing is more of an á la carte subscription that can be used to cover only the devices of certain employees such as the senior leadership teams’ smartphones and laptops.
