Danielle is an accomplished finance and operations leader with a passion for driving operational excellence. With over a decade of experience, she has played a pivotal role in Xceptional's growth and success. Her unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking enables her to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and achieve superior results. Throughout her journey with Xceptional, Danielle has held roles in accounting, administration, and project management, assuming her current leadership position in 2018.

Danielle is passionate about transparency and adopts a “human first” approach to leadership across operations, sales, human resources, and service delivery. Embracing the principles of “Servant Leadership,” she values each team member's unique contributions and fosters an inclusive environment where everyone can excel.

In her free time, Danielle loves traveling with her husband and friends, experiencing new cultures and environments, whether they're halfway around the world or just down a dirt road near her home in San Clemente, California. She is a devoted cat mom and would adopt many more if she only had the space!
