Xceptional's standard rates can be found below. Rates are subject to review on a project basis, as desired skill set, level of experience, or specialty vary by project.

Billing is subject to minimums: 

Remote Work:     0.25 hours

Onsite Work:       2.00 hours

Modifiers

These modify the rates based on the time and nature of the work requested: 

Emergency:        Standard Hourly Rate x 2

After Hours:        Standard Hourly Rate x 1.5

Travel:                 Standard Hourly Rate x .5

These rates are only charged in the case where Emergency or After Hours responses are required to meet the business need of the Client. We will make every effort to provide advance notice if the response requested will be subject to these modifiers.
